About Me
I love soccer! I love everything about it. I've been playing since I was 4 years old (see my first soccer picture in my Soccer Pictures page), and I've been playing competitive soccer since I was 7. My premier comp team, Sparta Premier 97, is ranked 2nd in Utah. Rick and Kris Lien are fantastic coaches. I am #9 and play defense/ midfield.
For years I trained with an incredible soccer trainer, Shaylee Wilson, who played for Dixie State College and Utah State University. She taught me so much and has been such a huge support to me. She was also one of my Brighton coaches in 2011, where I was one of just a few freshman to letter.
I also trained for years at TOSH with Michael Everett who is so awesome! I loved it when I trained there alongside professional athletes such as a professional UFC fighter, a retired professional football player, a BYU football player, Olympic hopefuls, and many other serious athletes, as well as other teenage athletes just like me. I loved learning from them as I felt their confidence, saw their determination, and experienced their kindness and acceptance of me! I loved to make new friends each time I went to TOSH. I tied with an Olympic hopeful for the top women's speed of 21 mph on the treadmill.
The Brighton Coaches were awesome! I have letters of recommendation from them that you can access on my Letters of Recommendation link.
I have taken classes online as a home schooler, which I always received A's in, and now that I'm at Brighton, I have a 4.0 there too. You can check out my grades and perfect attendance on my School Grades page. I am a member of the National Honor Society, and I'm in the American Sign Language Club. I love photography and have posted some of my photos and other hobbies and achievements on my Favorite Things page so you can get to know me better.
